Xbox Games with Gold lineup is about to get a refresh, as Microsoft introduces a new selection of Xbox One and Xbox 360 titles.
This means that Games with Gold subscribers only have a few hours to grab the likes of Watch Dogs and Kane and Lynch 2.
Watch Dogs leaves the Xbox One Games with Gold lineup at midnight, alongside Kane and Lynch 2 on Xbox 360.
The existing batch of games will be replaced by Runbow on Xbox One, as well as LEGO Pirates of the Caribbean on Xbox 360.
Xbox One owners will also be able to access LEGO Pirates of the Caribbean, which is part of the backwards compatibility scheme.
Runbow will be available to Xbox One Games with Gold subscribers until midnight on August 15, while LEGO Pirates of the Caribbean leaves the service at the end of the month.
Runbow: “With tons of competitive modes for up to 9 players – locally and online – and a massive Single Player Adventure, Runbow is the crazy, colour-based platformer you’ve been waiting for.
“The world of Runbow changes with each swipe of the background, so you’ll have to stay on your toes as platforms and obstacles disappear–If you can’t see something, it doesn’t exist. Fast, frantic, and fun for up to 9 players, Runbow is filled with tons of modes and content to keep you running back for more.”
LEGO Pirates of the Caribbean: “An action adventure game that brings to life the Pirates of the Caribbean world and all its colourful characters in LEGO brick form. Players will experience all the memorable scenes from the first three films, as well as those in the upcoming fourth film, “Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides,” in the humorous and quirky LEGO video games style.”
Of course, Xbox One owners can also download Grow Up as part of this month’s Games with Gold offerings.
Ubisoft’s 2016 sequel to Grow Home is available to subscribers until July 31.
Microsoft is expected to announce its replacement later this month, perhaps during the week commencing July 24.
Grow Up: “While out exploring the galaxy with MOM, BUD’s parental spaceship, she goes to pieces. Literally – MOM’s all over the place.
“The positioning of that moon was inconsiderate. Now her ship parts are scattered far and wide across an entire alien planet so rich in flora and fauna it would make even the most jaded galactic gardener’s head spin.”
